The people struggling either haven't built their characters up enough or didn't pull for key roles for their teams such as sustain. The bi-weekly modes are suppose to challenege your account , but end up being more of a have you pulled the new characters and have a team built around that play style. Honestly, divergent feels more challenging to me with it's rng of blessings. All the content feels more like a check of how long have you been playing more than a skill check.

I agree with you, this game is very F2P friendly and with it still being new there are plenty of astrite to collect from exploration. Unfortunately my day job and personal life take up majority of my time so I can't grind amd explore like I'd want to, but I do have expendable income to spend. Though I have lost all possible 50/50s so that hurt a bit.
