@@Ogcaree correct, this is that exact model. They have a full size one too but I prefer the smaller platform.

@@CouGHeePiLot loose as in doesn’t fit 100% snug and might move around but it’s never fell out while shooting. After all these years with it it’s still on and never had any issues. You won’t go wrong with it. Check out my other video for the mag extension too, I also recommend the NDZ grips and personally prefer those.

@@CouGHeePiLot some random red nail polish from Target. Nail polish it, let it dry, then use nail polish remover to remove the excess and try not to dig into the engraved parts or you’ll have to restart again. It’s held up so well after all these years and I highly recommend it. Gives your gun a kick of personality

Way back when I bought mines there was not much options but fast forward to today, there is more options and they have custom options too. @@lifeincentralvalley9430 hello fellow Merced neighbor! For me, the hellcat is the better option. I haven’t done the measurements yet but it fits in my hand better than the shield. So I would say check out both guns and see which one fit you best. If my shield was 10+1 then I would rather take the shield but since it’s not, I prefer the hellcat just because it can carry more rounds. @ I tried the shield again, but the recoil is pretty snappy, tried hellcat pro, didn’t work out for me, also tried the ruger max 9, surprisingly the recoil is the smallest, even compared it to my clock 19, the reset after the recoil is the quickest of all.

@@lifeincentralvalley9430 I would say check out the Sig P365 too, that gun is fun to shoot as well. I've never shot a Glock before so I cannot say. But for me, the hellcat has more recoil over the shield. I've never had issues with the round ejecting and hitting me with either gun so maybe it was just bad luck for you. @@lifeincentralvalley9430 you just missed the sale with the extra mags and the green dot sight like the one I have in this video. You can double check at the Stage gunshop to see if they have something going on. Sale or no sale, the gun is great. You can check out Turners or Alquist Arms in Turlock too

@ I went and tried it yesterday with the green dot, but for some reason when I use the optics, the shell consistently eject and hit right below my eye and gets stuck between my face and eye protection, so I only shot it twice but same thing happened to the same spot 🥲

It's for the red dot to show it's sighted in at 10 yards.

@@llllIIIlllIIIIl there’s no rubbing as long as you tighten up the 4 straps really good. No movement that will cause discoloration from my experience. There is no touching in the sides or top. The only touching up top would be near the rear brake light area. At the bottom of the bed (under the rear window) it tucks in really well so no movement there. If you had it sitting loosely then I could imagine potential paint rubbing. But from my experience of having it, it’s been great and I love this set up for long trips/hunting.

@@ModernWelfare2288 this is my first gun with the green dot. I’m personally not 100% digging it, it made it easier for me to rack the gun but personally I’m an iron sights guy. The iron sights alone that came with the gun are fantastic. Also glow in the dark (just found that out recently)

@@WestSideMomia209 a couple shops have them on sale, sadly mines didn’t and didn’t price match to turners. I thought about diving to turners but the gas and time spent driving would cost more than paying the full price so I just settled down with the local shop. Happy shopping! It’s a fun gun!

@@TwoXGuard congrats on being a gun owner! Good choice for the hellcat as well. It’s like you said, it’s all on the operator. As you get the better feel for your gun you’ll develop a rhythm on pulling it back to rack it. Epically since it’s still new everything is rougher. Over time it’ll be easier. My gun came with the green dot too and in the video you can see me racking my gun using the green dot. Personally not a fan of it so I have removed it. But you technically can rack it with the green dot but itll probably damage the green dot over time. Just gotta practice shooting it more and racking it then it’ll become easier. @@petervilla6228 nope never had issues with this thing flying, flapping, or moving around. This thing is a giant piece of heavy rubber. If it’s a tornado or hurricane type weather then yes maybe it’ll fly but regular driving in going 80-100mph on the freeway this thing stays put. Idk about going over 100mph though, haven’t done that personally yet.
