Kudos to the interviewer for allowing Kevin and Mike to talk so freely, without interruptions. Too many interviewers today could take a lesson. We watch these videos because we want to learn about/from the interviewees…not hear them being constantly interrupted by the two cents of the interviewer. Well done!
