You can but I don’t believe it’s worth the brick. Often the Rhine is needed to access the gunde to revive the pike in order for you the access another rank 4/ synchro play.

Going second I’m usually siding in the 3 back row removal, mulch, phantazmay and reaper (if they’re using fiendsmith) I side out the 5 centurion cards, Illusion and souls, 1 toy soldier, azurune, 1 Elzette and called by the grave.

QCR truly is an overrated rarity. Sold my QCR Diabellstar, Wanted and Elzette to fund most of my entire White Forest deck and also ended up getting secret Diabellstar and Wanted instead. Much prefer secret rares and ultras if I am completely honest. I actually like to see my cards without all the glitter

Thanks so much, I do have a more updated build but haven’t attended any events with it and I don’t really lil putting up profiles without any results behind them. Imperm was just reprinted in rarity collection so should be dirt cheap to pick up a set and I believe it is also available in the fire king structure deck. Exceed still far out performs brigandine for me especially with the new combos. Veiler could be good right now but depends on the room. I’ve been testing nibiru and is okay on a local level but overall I don’t think it’s worth it.

You have to play 3 dragoons in case you do draw 1, bit of a paradox. Also most of the cards that make it live aren’t great when you don’t draw it. The goal of the deck is to get to speeder.

you can get some awkward hands and others are completely dead, hence it still needing refinement. I will say though between the tunings and small worlds you can access the cards you need most games.

This list and event was pre AGOV and so evenly was awful back then, it’s still not great not but better than it was.

It’s really a combo deck posing as a trap deck.

I personally don’t like the therion package as it means less dedicated space to your core engine and also you’re already in such a good position going first I’d rather use those spots for cards that work going second as well as first. Little knight is gonna change so much, being able to dodge evenly much more effectively means you need to worry even less about it.

@@pulsargames4166 Yeah I can see that, might take out the evenly and play the triple tactics package like you have. I also Main deck Kurikara as well but I have mixed feelings about it. I dont think so bc imperm gives u the monster negates going second but also the anti trap/spell card going first or in some specific match up when u need to shutdown a continuous spell/trap card

Imperm has always been one of my favourite cards to use hand trap wise since it doesn’t trigger the triple tactics cards, can be used as a top deck and also has the added effect of stopping other spell/traps in its column. In this deck it has the added bonus of triggering sera at will and also can be discarded off holeutea if you’re in dire straits. I did trial mourner as it’s strong against Purrely but decided it wasn’t worth it overall.

Nah the card is bad in the current format. Post AGOV it does get better but right now it doesn’t offer enough for the space. The added bonus of being able to discard off holeutea isn’t much of a selling point when you’d rather discard a hole to reset off Dionaea.

In the current format evenly shouldn’t be played and even if they have it you’re still most likely gonna win. You really don’t need judgment when you’re already gonna win going first so it’s better to have more go second cards.

I ask this because im trying to decide between the 2 in the side (for traptrixs deck) and i dont see y it would be better than change of heart eg it destorys backrow floodgates but the deck does really care for them since u have mermello and storm whilst change of heart is a thrust target and is good against unchained. could you give me your thoughts on it and y u play it.

@@olimelkamu1403 I don’t like change of heart vs unchained as you will very rarely get the monster you target also it can be quite hard to use thrust against unchained as they can be quite good at holding back monster effects. Pank offers the 2 for 1 vs most decks and also puts them in an awkward spot too. It’s universally viable and dealing with floodgates is huge. While we do have myrmeleo it can be hard to access it against certain floodgates.

I altered the list a fair bit and managed to come 1st at an ots event this weekend which was nice. Will do another deck profile going over the changes after YCS Dortmund and hopefully I can claim another win there too.

So pots I don’t have and chose not to borrow some for the weekend. I feel to play pot you wanna always banish 6. It can be hard to predict what you’ll need for later in the match as games typically last an extra turn with traptrix than they would with most other decks and also I was happy with the 40 cards in the main deck. Have subsequently changed the drolls into mourners though. As for evenly despite it seeming really good it actually doesn’t do that much, losing the battle phase is a big hit as it’s one of your primary way to remove certain things. Most decks can recover super easily from it or just have negation for it. While it can be nice to discard for holeutea you’d rather discard a trap hole to reset with Dionaea. It also makes you weaker to eradicator against labyrinth. I did play against a lab and they did eradicator me but it didn’t do anything for them. Overall since it’s a normal summon deck dark ruler has been way more valuable than evenly could’ve been.

@@pulsargames4166 u also lose a turn with dark ruler, but makes sense. I play Lab and fave lost to Traptrix even activation virus, Daruma Karma Cannon is Traptrix weakness. Still, would u advices to play pots, I will probably take my evenly match and play 2 dark ruler, don't think I would put shifter and droll. Got 2 Drills and 1 Jap Droll, worry to lose money cus band list and Shifter... I think is a little gay to play it, idk I'm just not feeling it, put in on the side, rather try Kaijus. With evenly out I'll have more room, also I play 2 grave diggers cus I ALWAYS draw it.

I would, maxx “C” is one of the most game warping cards they’ve ever printed and would be played in every deck.

I agree I play master duel so every body uses it. But I’m getting my trap trim deck to play irl and I’m wondering what it’ll feel like playing knowing there’s no maxx c to use against me

The card is insane but this deck doesn’t really need it, also it’d be difficult to fit it in. Quite happy with the 40 cards in the main deck.

It’s definitely optimal even if you have to play 41-43

@@chrisgroves8891 the card is broken, it can be hard to banish 6 and any less is a waste. Might just have to fit it in.

@@pulsargames4166 I tend to banish 6 with prosperity as a rule of thumb. Exceptions are pre side if I have already have a very strong hand/board (still could banish 6 though) or i have already used a good chunk of my extra because it’s late game or I already used a prosperity for 6 earlier. However, banishing 3 when you have to is definitely not a waste. Handpicking any 1 card out of 3 choices is still great.
