I admire your determination on destashing brushes that you never reach for.... or have the same functions as the ones you decided to keep.... After collecting a decent number of natural hair brushes over the past couple of years, still one of my favourite cheek brushes is an angled synthetic Elizabeth Arden brush I would have acquired years ago as part of a set as a GWP, so if it cost more than a few cents to make I’d be surprised. And yet it picks up a suitable amount of any type of product, deposits all of it on the cheek and blends it out well, and barely needs to be cleaned afterwards (if at all). It kind of brings into question the reason behind why I’ve bought up all these other brushes, although I have found some gorgeous ones there too.

That is an impressive brush collection! Thank you for sharing your great Fude brush purge. I would be overwhelmed. (Need to watch later on - will comment further.)

For me this was a great accompaniment to the brush-cleaning video that you did earlier this year! It was fun to see some brushes that I recognised, and I realised that I continue to be drawn, like a magnet, to certain brush head shapes. The UV light test was so interesting as well. Thank you.
