Everyone is exercising very early because it’s the coolest time of the day. I do the same, go for a 3K run at sunrise. Many people do that here in Thailand too, especially here on Dongtan Beach Pattaya or Cha Am or Hua Hin where I go to frequently! It’s nothing unusual here in South East Asia imo

I first visited Nacpan beach about 18 years ago, only a few locals at that time! Nearly crashed a few times on the motorbike the unpaved road was very rocky and dangerous! But the beach was amazing, met some locals living in the small village there!

Rawai was my favourite area to stay in Phuket, not so touristy! Hopefully the 60 day free entry will begin on July 15th. The girl you chatted to reminds me of my daughter, she’s definitely from the London area I’am guessing!
