      Yes definitely. There are parts of fighting you won’t learn without sparring but you can definitely learn footwork and fundamental striking.

    Totally gonna work. It has nothing to do with the 3 finger pinch grip at the end of the hair or him rolling into the throw. Women PLEASE if you want to learn self defense go to boxing, Muy Thai or BJJ classes. These weak tricks will 100% result in failure.
