Framesandgear Extended out front mount for GoPro
This video presents our new Framesandgear Extended out front mount for GoPro, made from one-cut CNC aluminum.
This out front version fits easily via a quick locking system, and places the GoPro or the light out in the very front of the computer mount. This also makes space for a bar bag.
The GoPro mount can can be fixed in different positions, and adds to all our CNC aluminum mounts. When fitting the GoPro Mount to one of our mounts, it is possible to add lights, a GoPro, external battery and other add-on devices.
Free international shipping is included in the price.

Hi, yes - it completely removes the dual link system and replaces both. So you would fit the rear derailleur directly to this hanger. We got several installation videos on our instagram "framesandgear" if needed. Cheers

Oh just what I thought, I bought oil slick and tried to fit it today on my SL8 with Sram, and yada yada it's incompatible. Fortunately, I have SL7 with Shimano so will try on that later.

if the bike crashes can this damage the frame? isn't the function of the OE derailleur hanger to bend and absorb the energy?
Hi. On a side impact, it bends. It is stiff in terms of "frame towards the cog," but on a side hit it bends. We have a couple of ambassadors who eventually crashed and only the hanger bent, nor problems with the frame. Cheers

I have a garmin edge 1040 solar and the extended battery for tje device. Can I add the battery mount to the bottom and have it work?
$90 for a mount is insane.
Hello, 65 EUR is approx 70 USD. For your info, CNC cutting aluminum is far more expensive than 3D printing, besides, a lot of development work also lies within this price. And this mount is very strong, meaning it wont snap with your computer on it. 70 USD is including everything also shipping to the US. Finally, I would argue the price is relatively low compared to a new S-Works SL8 which is about 14.000 USD. But hey, there are definely cheaper alternatives out there, but i have experienced them snapping myself. Cheers Kris/ Framesandgear

Are you sure? Because to me it looks like the Quick Lock adapter on the bottom uses the same holes as the adapter on the top.

would the same mount be compatible with the Garmin Varia 515 radar unit? The tabs are at 3 and 8 o'clock not top and bottom as on the Edge computers.

Hi, No it comes with either Garmin or Wahoo depending on which one you buy on our shop. You can however shop extra insert kits on the shop under the "Inserts" tab. Cheers
