Thanks, this video is helpful. I have to ask how is it performing? And if Bluetooth and wifi is working? And any heating issues? On my t420 i was running windows 10, updated it from windows 7, but on windows 10 i had to go through alot to make the Bluetooth work, also heating issues didn't help. So i moved to linux and it was great. Now im thinking about trying win 11 on it.

Hi, thanks for the video! I have a computer like this, I received it as a donation and it comes with the Linux operating system! I don't like it and I would like to switch to Windows, do you think Windows 10 or 7 are good?

Honestly I could forgive the potato audio quality of these if they were built to, at least, be comfy. I mean look at that uneven plastic just pushing against your head! PD: The marketing at amazon shows a clean finish on the plastic (wich is the way it SHOULD be) and that is misleading, at best.

Okay, 555 euro is a hard deal to resist, so I feel you xD Specs are amazing on this, port selection is also pretty solid. Big fan of the pen it comes with. Would make it a pretty good art laptop for me, especially since it has a 360 hinge, considering the Yoga version :3 Uh oh...does not boot monitor on sleep mode. That's troublesome! D: Hopefully the system's going to be repaired and shipped back fast enough, so you can be using this laptop happily, if not only used for review purposes. Looking forward for an update :D

Two Lenovo "tablets" in a row... two defective products... in a row. I dunno this smells pretty sus if you ask me. By this point I would just get a refurbished ipad and get a keyboard for it honestly, or switch to a desktop if need be. I had once an Hp dv4 notebook as my first (and last) portable computer. The thing just kept restarting on itws own and it "conveniently" died just after the waranty expired. In any case those are some nice specs, too bad it did not work properly

oh, the tactical pink screw driver returns! too bad it wasn't just software issues with the trackpad. Laptops these days seem more like glorified tablets than usable, portable pcs as they feel very cheaply made and have little to nothing in the way of upgrades. Specially that soldered ram... thats a big no-no

Oooo, love the unboxing of the L13 laptop. Loving the pink screw set, too. (I have a similar screw set, too);o It's a shame that this machine didn't work out, mainly due to the trackpad being faulty, mainly having hella latency on click. Though, soldered RAM drives me up a wall nowadays. Just makes a system less reusable in the future lol Solid video, Rosie! Keep uploading :D

Nice review. The heavy fading is very common with these modern DSP type radios unfortunately. I just made a video of the radio receiving SSB Ham Radio with the help of another radio. I gave you a sub also. 🙂

People often have a bad opinion on newer windows operating system (and rightfully so) but you got to admit its pretty fascinating to see modern systems running on old hardware that was never meant to be used with said systems. I was at awe when I installed win7 on a little netbook running an atom chip... and not even that, it even plays emulators! you can run win7 on an ancient pentium 4 too if the stars align... that's amazing. Too bad modern windows is so anti-consumer, pushing you to use their live services at every corner. I'll stick to my office 2003 thank you very much microsoft.

Thank you for sharing! Can I use the MLA 30 antenna indoors as I have no means of a set up outdoors. Reception is excellent when I'm outside in a park but indoors there is some indoor interference. Any comments are appreciated!

Glad you didn't get fireworks at your house from that! m.2 ssds are fairly cheap these days, but cheap 128gb ones are even more... a cheap ssd seems like a good option for emulating old games or playing free light ones like rocket league with a basic or old medium graphics card! Also a good idea to use a more lightweight GPU since it doesn't have a lot of structural integrity...

Despite the technical difficulties ahead, its nice to see you got enough components to build an ITX pc. These itx motherboards are incredibly scarce these days, with only top of the line insanely expensive ones on stock. MIni pcs seem to be the new hot stuff to have, but the lack of dedicated graphics or powerful internal ones are discouraging for people that game or edit videos on a daily basis.
