why buy expensive pc to plsy high end racing games when i can just drive them inside FL studio

This is really cool! if you automate volume rising from nothing to up and back down you can simulate distance, and with automating panning left to right you can simulate direction, now put some sort of reverb effect on it and now it simulates being in a real space, now all together with some extra sound effects and you have everything you need to make a totally convincing car in a movie scene, or game. sound design is cool.

And also, are you still using Godot 3 or did you finally switch to Godot 4?, if you haven't yet switched I'd advise you to wait for Godot 4.3 Stable release. You'll find some of the bug fixes and features useful

I saw someone else just add a kick layer on one note that repeats like 16times per bar, and upped its tempo and the sound was basically identical. Your method definitely has more allowance for fine tuning, however.
