      I dont mind at all. I believe they were 15x8. And I can not remeevr the offset. I will go back and find the dimensions if I can and provide an update if different

      I purchased the wood from a local lumber supply and cut it all myself on a table saw. The hardware was sourced from bed wood and cut to fit.

    The longer rod is for with a power brake booster. Stupid question. Do you have any room above the twin I beam center bolt to redrill the hole up a couple inches or more ? That way you can cut a piece off the coil and lower it.

      Thank you for the clarification. I dont own the truck anymore.i will be moving on to a 1054 f100 on the channel. Unfortunately i won't be able to answer the question for you. I did wamt tp lower the truck and had thought of cutting a coil. The truck had plenty of room to do it.

      @@bobbyheffley4955 yup. This particular engine came out of a galaxy. The original engine apparently locked up and the previous owner dropped this engine in before he had parked it.

    A 66 F-100 with RH drive. Cool!Oh, Dude. You played a camera trick on me. My bad😂❤ Take your little pecker and knock some of that whiskey ding out of the right front. Slap a little paint on them bumpers and you've got a hell of a detail job there.⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Those old bushings can be fun. We kind of take them out the same way, but pressing them in I used bolt with washers and a nut. Just a idea for you, it works for me. I like your new lift .

      Yes sir! They can be. I had some all thread on deck with washers and socket as an alternative method. The lift will be making a lot of things easier.

    Rebuilding a 1967 f100, one thing about brakes. Make sure they were put together correctly. Mine was missing multiple parts, adjuster missing or just bouncing around in the drum. Thanks for the video

    My dad had a 1965 F250 custom cab camper special with a slide in camper back in the day no exterior chrome trim in caribbean turquoise color. Grille was chrome but front bumper was cream white with white with red block ford lettering on the dogdish style hubcaps. My dream is to buy one to play with in my retirement years. Just have a nostalgic sweetspot for mid sixties Ford trucks.

    Also I noticed my original has removable has remaining stamped cutouts for a larger radiator. As opposed to the gaping hole you have to work with.

    Mine had caught a tree across the hood from side to side. I'm guessing the tree was a good 30 inches in diameter. Hood looks like a hard shell taco bulged Inner and outer fenders crushed core support. Are there supposed to be individual brackets that sit on the bushings or are they part of the radiator support ?

      That sucks about the tree. They are part of the radiator support from what i remember. A bolt runs down through the radiator support through the bushings amd then through the frame.

      @@left2rot615 Ok that would explain it. I bought this as a project. The support along with being forced down was also rusted across the bottom edge 8 inches or so. No bushings no brackets, bolts nothing.

      Thats just a function of the camera. Some shots i have used my phone for and out of convenience used the forward facing camera.

      The specific part number would be Numbers: 130-65024 which would be a centric brand. You should be able to get any for a 1976 f100 woth disc brakes. All of the components on the front suspension are from a 1976 f100 with disc brakes.

I obviously have a love for the old truck, but am finding that I REALLY do enjoy watching you overcome all the little hiccups that come along with a project like this. Like I said, its very informative and educational, but also reminds me that - with careful planning, effort and time, we can all do this stuff. Sometimes, I look at a project and get overwhelmed. Now, I try to take things one step at a time.

      @@sgtbaxman6720 That is the only way to go about a larger project. I have found that looking at these projects as a whole can be very overwhelming. 9 times out of 10 that will turn me to something else that is a quick fix. My 54 ( soon to be featured) is one of those projects.
