Based on point no.4 Non-Compliance, are you able to clarify if a business interest rate is set or advertised as such or seen, would it not be discriminatory if they raised the interest based on your salary or affordablity? The fact that they are willing to grant/advance the credit to you means they chose to do business with you and should not change the terms. What's your take on this ma'am?
