@@raffay_sensei To be honest, dying to the mechanic is absolutely normal and expected - hey, mistakes do happen. However, being rescued into a hole just after being resurrected just to fall yet again because the arena is reforming as your body is dragged back to the default position is absolute cinema. There is something amazing about how you managed to skip the entire mechanic by falling into a 30s loop.

@@raffay_sensei It's not just this fight. It's almost every fight with that type of tether. Even in Everkeep EX people mess it up. I think people also don't realise that if you have a tether, you can't pick up the other. It won't work in M1s because the party still needs to split in to 2 but for other fights like Everkeep EX and even M4s, if you're supposed to take the tether and the other one still needs to be picked up, you should line your tether with the one not yet picked up. That way, yours won't accidentally get taken and even if it does, you immediately pick up the other one.

Thanks! I find it quite annoying having to target someone to give them the shield and quickly target the boss back before clipping a gcd

I used to do this with Nature's Minne and now do it with Warden's Paeon(admittedly way less useful), and it's also useful for Red Mage with Verraise

Need mits to lower damage taken too so the shield doesnt break resulting in a vuln

@@raffay_sensei Yeah I just did it on pld a couple weeks ago and you need to rng Guardian critting the shield which was miserable
