Such an awesome video, you are awesome and lovely. <3 I just started cyr wheel training a little over a week ago and i've been working on the waltz! Kinda silly, its only been a week and I'm hard on myself! Watching your video and hearing your words has helped relax me about my frustration. Practicing with the wheel consistently makes me see where my asymmetries are, my fears, and ignorances! Humbling... but I love the potential it has to help me heal in many ways and also the freedom of expression within a circle and the geometries it requires of the body are mesmerizing. Plz keep doing these journals <3 I don't have any friends doing this stuff and this is inspiring and uplifting. <3 -Christina
