I can only do 2 sets. But every time I workout, I workout my whole body (not just legs or chest etc.). 4 times a week. For 2.5 weeks now. Im not gonna give up!! I can. I can. I can.

If the pushups are too hard try doing them on your knees, if you can’t do a pull up go down slowly and jump back up.
i cant do the Diamond Push Ups what can i do?

I can do normal push ups But these diamonds can i just make half And one other question I eat much but i dont eat sweet stuff etc. Must i eat much or less things I eat thing that my mother makes for all of us like spaghetti or beans with potatos and meat Is that bad or must i eat chicken and rice hahah?
+WhizzKid I eat the food my mother eats for dinner, just keep working out and challenging yourself, try and keep your nutrition clean and if your as skinny and lanky as I was at the beginning you should try to eat more, but if your a bit chubby just cut down on the food a small bit just a small bit don't overdo it

***** thanks for asking, I've been doing this for 3 months, and the results are amazing I can't tell you must start doing this for advance at least 3-4 days a week for begginers 2 days a week! you'll get in very good shape! Also check out Brenden Myers he's a great guy he has a lot of push up workout too. Bye :-)

How did you learn Muscle up? I do explosive pull ups, dips on the bar and slow negative muscle up. I do that 3/4 of year and no results. please can you help me?
Is is possible for you to help me figure out a routine to start out on since I can't do the workout you can do yet.
