In other words, keep going. Also, don't let people's assumptions of you determine where you go.

Tell Black men, This message your families need you to make a career in politics by controlling the economic flow of finances for the Black community.
Family is more important. Never give strangers more time than your family.
So many gems and quotable moments! Chris is very well spoken and intellectual and his work ethic speaks for itself. This video is a well of information and perspective.
Thanks for the good words💯
🙏🏼🙏🏼
lol it’s 2024 this doesn’t work for any employee. You want a promotion? Switch companies
I was revving my brain up to find the words. So thanks for saying it.
At my work I was the Forman but still hourly. We had a crew of people who worked together to do a good job. As people would retire we got guys from other shifts that didn’t have the same work ethic and would drag their feet on every job just really not good employees well after a while management wouldn’t say anything to him. It affected the crew to where most people started dragging their feet because why go get the job done so you could do other peoples work that dragged their feet in the sand.
Yeah, they will promote you to manager and then expect you to work 60 hours a week. It's like punishment in disguise. And people who are with a company for many years and do their job reliably day in day out get taken for granted and exploited because the managers know that person won't leave.
this guys the fucking boss that’s definitely gonna notice you 💀💀
Does work at the Post Office 🧐
Lobbying has critically eroded workers' rights in the U.S. I say: Fair market wage deserves fair market effort
You're just setting yourself up for exploitation. If you're doing your tasks well and on time that is enough to get recognition.
I’ve never once been rewarded for working hard, for developing skills, for competency and reliability. I’ve watched more lazy, whiny, less skilled people get promoted. If you do everything right companies want to keep you in that same position as a workhorse. They won’t promote you. This guy is speaking on how things were 40-50 years ago. Sure when was age 6, forty years ago, American companies would promote their skilled, reliable and hard workers. It’s not that way anymore. Hard work and honesty have got me little to nothing in my life.
Totally agree
3 years in and waiting for the boss to notice. I'm beginning to think they like me doing most of the work. My coworker gets to slack off, boss is happy the jobs done, and I'm still here after 3 years! Sometimes they notice but don't care. In which case I left after those 3 years. Doesn't always work like this because that requires morals a good bosses.
Not really. This depends on the job rule snd employer. If you doing someone else's job then your employer should now a d you should get recognised. Not every employer cares so long th job is done. Most employers dont, resprct yourself and only do what you are getting paid for. If there is opportunity for promotion, and your employer iw fair, hell ya go for it wnd work thr double. But most employers done care, because the person able to make changes is far away from you and 5 levels above you and has no idea that you even there.
Great tip
Glad it was helpful! 🚀
Let's GOOOO

🙂
The video is very nice and quality videos. Your thumbnail is also good. But some things could be improved in the channel. I am analyzed Like- The channel has no SEO (Search Engine Optimization). no high volume ranked tags, no metadata, video performance is very low and likes or comments are not better. That's why your channel has very low views and no increase in subscribers. I can help you and fix it if you want. If you are interested I will send my portfolio website. Thank you.
