if your machine have error like that.. before you replaced the fixing unit you need to clear first the error by using that procedure..

hi good morning.. if do you have problem to dadf there is no settings to adjust once your problems is crook to the dadf.. you need to check your dadf rollers clean it first or if posible you need to replace the new rollers then replace it.. maybe your separation roller or feed roller in the dadf is worn out already thats why you encounter that problem..

actually sir there is no settings when your problem to dadf is crook.. all you need to do is to check the rollers maybe it is worn out already you need to replace it.. or you need to clean the rollers.. or sometimes there is a foreign materials like paper clif or staple wire..

if you want to replace fixing film you need to remove first the fixing assembly.. about the service mode configuration if you want to know the fixing film life you need to clear the counter to durables 1..

hi sir.. please check it again if you already change the sitting to value 100.. sometime you already chance the value to 100 but once you turn the power off it back to 0 value again..

@@copierrepair5855 yes i have done that .checked the value again and again.it still 100 .back to 0 do the cycle again and again.check the value it is 100.then copy .no changes.ive done it to other machines before.and the results is ok.but in this machine only it doesnt work.

hi sir try this.. enter to service mode - #scan- numeric- bit 193- the value of that is 0 change it to 1 for foolscap settings..

@@copierrepair5855 yes sir i've already done that.repeat and repeat again.still no changes.is. it possible that the reader controller is defective? but when the copying is done thru glass it's ok .no problem .only the feeder has a problem.

if you copy in the platen glass ok there is a problem to you document feeder..

do you have sir a sample copy of that for me to pinpoint the exact problem of your machine..

hi sir.. the memory of canon ir2525 only 64 or 128mb.. if you use special feature like 2side or collate i think the maximum document you can scan 30 to 50 pages only.. then memory full will flash to the screen..

I suggest you check your flex cable from the ccd to the rcon. Reseat them and check for terminal dirts as they develop over time. And make sure to align them properly as you put them back into place.
