The easiest way to STOP the smoking problem is to make tobacco very very expensive as high as 500 pounds for a small amount of ceremonial tobacco which in fact can be enjoyed in the right place at the right time..no one in the right mind will pay 500 quid for 20 cigs.. but for small amount for a ceremony etc.. it's a simple solution... and Cigarette filters are a huge pollution problem. but the filth will continue and...

The staff at the hospital smoke on the street and throw their cig ends on the ground. The same with Yorkshire Ambulance Service. That's NHS services staff in Hull discarding thousands and thousands of tab ends onto the street each year. This gives children access to tobacco so the staff that do smoke that work for the NHS are evidently fast asleep. Can I get a comment back please?
