Carmen seems to use Julia most of the time so I failed to see how this is actually a friendship
Honestly it's the interactive episode that added the most fuel to the friendship (and the ship). Carmen trusting her with all the stolen goods and leaving a bouquet in the statue's hands, along with that dancing fantasy where she was basically showing off to Jules
