Hi, this is Landon Sugar, I'm a graduate student in the MSME program here at ECU. I think It would be great if you utilized the brains of the students of different disciplines. Here's what I mean: let's say for example that ECU's utility bill is outrageously high (which it probably is since the student center lights, and dorm lights are constantly on every time I pass by lol). Take a couple students from the CET department, business department, computer science school, and where ever else and hire them to come up with a green solution. Have them come up with a cost/savings analysis, a project schedule, design iterations, or whatever else and come up with solution to save ECU money on their utility bill. And maybe one day you will be able to pay the students with the money you're saving on utilities. That way, students would be employed, ECU wouldn't be losing any money, and ECU would be learning more towards a green campus.
