X7 is a really nice route, and these buses are definitely great and suited to it. Just wish the seats were high backed considering X7 is nearly 2 hours long.

This isn’t 30412… this one of the Royale Centro’s, 30821/6/7.

The 77 (77A too) is now completely Single Deckers so these are no longer a regular appearance.

This proves the costly problem of transferring buses between different divisions of National Express Buses, the cost and time of re fabaloning this bus from National Express West Midlands Maroon to National Express Coventry Blue must cost thousands of pounds, where as in the early days of the Red, White and Blue livery they were all in one colour and only needed a fabalon sticker with the new operator name on it, the same with Travel Dundee when NX owned them, Buses could be transferred from Birmingham to Dundee and vis versa and just have the fleet name changed, hopefully now NX new Buses are to be in Grey it will be simpler to transfer them around the different fleets just by changing the fleet name.

Yes you’re right in the 48 getting any double deckers. B7TLs are most common with most not being Euro 6 so they’re ideal, but anything else can appear. Even the E200/MMCs every so often! Shame this one you got is in hoover mode though
