+ Fumi Sarukami is worthy of being a top monster, as she has an exceptionally cohesive kit that works well everywhere. However, you must have her at 2 pots to fully unlock her kit.
※ While Fumi is a top monster, she is less accessible to pot compared to a monster like Time Cindura. You can make an argument to use both Time Cindura and Fumi, in which case you don't have to 2-pot Fumi.
- VERDICT: Expensive spawn! The RNG on the Weapons/DEF gears chests can be horrible while going for a monster if unlucky!

Pros
+ Fumi Sarukami is a new meta monster. Main slot passive offering +35 all resist to regular and special status ailments is currently the highest in the game and is amazing in all content. Field Protect goes nicely with her own Revolutionary Element ally field (which is currently the strongest ally field in the game) to protect against collapses in PvP. With her own ally field and the rest of her kit (with 2nd pot unlocked), she is destined to being a powerhouse in all content. 4th pot is Light/Time def; good for PvP. Her pots are locked to self/nino.
+ Yu Inumaru is a big menace PvP monster as she offers multiple crippling effects to halt enemy players from receiving cost and Unison while also preventing them from using Unison should they all land (Frozen + Rejection + Prohibit Unison). She also offers Team Twilight and self-Phalanx to make sure your team has some offensive power to follow up while Phalanx keeps you protected from any regular + special status ailment and regular and special debuffs in the game. Her pots further increases her PvP capabilities with uni gains (2th pot) for racing and 4th pot is Water/Star def. She is locked to self/nino. Lastly, her Main slot passive has some very niche usage if you can stack on Unison gauge reduction.
She is the first monster to offer the new enemy field called "Stagnation Collapse", which has some good PvP cripple (reducing Unison gauge by 2 + reducing cost recovery by 10 and decreasing all stats by 40%) and some niche usage in PvE (reducing action speed by 30 + decreasing all stats by 40%).
+ Featured new Star weapons (Wicked proc) and Star DEF gear (Harmony proc) are both decent procs to have. They are in the spawn and the exchange.

.Echo weapons and Guardian defense-type DEF procs (both Dark) are still decent fillers, but they are not worth exchanging for.
Cons ::
-Spawn is on the expensive side and Jackpot is weighted towards the weapons/DEF gear. ::
-The 100-400 bonus medals are weighted towards the lower half. ::
-Do not exchange for the 30/50% monster tickets. They are too much of a gamble which may backfire. ::
-Weapons/DEF gears chests: Chance on Off-clas uses weapon / outdated gear (Tyrant weapons). ::
-Have enough gems for what you want.
