I have three sets of those spears, 2 with skid steer quick attach and one with the global. The one with the global is on a 125 hp mfwd tractor. We handle a lot of balage with them and haven’t had any issues.

I have a strand of hot there with a handle (acts as a gate), maybe you didn't see it? It works just as good, as my cattle are used to electric fence and are very calm. But, YES! Gate is a good idea and I have seen it before.

Usually too weak. I stimulate the throat area to help stimulate swallow function and once they get some in them, they tend to perk up and want to start sucking. Sometimes, they won't suck at all, if that happens you need to "tube" them to get the Colostrum in them.

I've owned 2 poly feeders since 2005 and they've been one of THE BEST INVESTMENTS along with Hay Chix Hay nets! These feeders are SO TOUGH, & EASY to move around, so you don't have to struggle with feeding in the MUD! It's saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in hay costs & without having to own a tractor to move them! I LOVE what you have invented with yours! Could you please explain how you made the gravel, high use, ground pad? Your idea is FANTASTIC!!! Im subscribing to see more, because I love folks like you who are practical and smart!

My 5055e lasted about a 1000 hours. After that it has needed one big expensive repair after another. 1245 hours seal failed allowing clutch to get flooded with crankcase oil. Complete rebuild required. 1620 hours piston ring cracked, pieces went through the head and cracked two pistons. Had to rebuild engine with new pistons and valves. 2100 hours the dipstick to check hydraulic fluid got a notch shaved out of it somehow? Lost hydraulic function of the three point hitch. Will need to take the rock shaft apart and replace everything damaged by this sorry job of engineering. 1200 hours the loader started cracking at every joint. had to add steel every time I welded it. Now it works good but looks like crap. Its easy to say a tractor works great when it only has 100 hours on it mowing the grass. No more green lemons from Mumbai for me.

Or your could spred fertility across your pasture by unrolling it. Look at all that golf course looking grass in the background. If you took that same electric fence and gave them a new portion every day - say even a wagon-wheel division in 30 plots around a water source - the other areas would have 30 or 60 days of rest and regrowth. They could stay on a section for a day or two before moving on, and you would be saving all that money on hay and other feed.

Gotta an older 5075e. Only 2 things-one, No emergency brake, 2 throttle is on the instrument panel by the steering wheel-yuck. I think the new ones, like yours, has changed. Otherwise, it’s been a very good tractor, good power, strong, very quite cab, etc.
