wrong .. useless .. don't watch this for 'how to do' ... took bolts and plates off to fit infill table, not needed as just loosen and it slides up, and then no fitting of adjustor screw for infill table 😞no way of fine adjustment in the future ... stopped there as no point in going on.

This video is good, but it also is missing a VERY important step: adjusting the outfeed table ! It has 2 screws that can be used to adjust it to be in plan with the infeed table. But it's not 100% precise. This is because both tables are made out of soft aluminum that will waire down in time.

Its also a really dangerous maschine. If you get your fingers pushed in between the belt and outfeed table the are just gone. There is no gap adjustment for the table and even no safety stop 😬

I also have this machine, and I am not completely satisfied with it. But you are pushing the maschine too much, you cannot forve material through as you do with a thickness planer. The feeding belt is okay, your just trying to remove too much material at a time. Thats also why your material is not running properly through the maschine. Always run material through with the grain. You need to make multible and lighter passes.

Stay away from Holzmann it is a pain in the ass to change the sandpaper.

What were you using to clean the belt? And how is the machine behaving with soft wood? As your test piece looks like hardwood.

I have this stand it is junk. It tips over so easy, I ALMOST RUINED MY NEW SAW !! it all most impossible to open and close I wish I never saw it!!!!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T GET IT !!! LOOK FOR A BETTER ONE ! ALSO IT'S TO EXPENSIVE !! I LIKE tHE SAW!!!!

I have one exactly the same with a SIP logo its a 01344, only about four years old hasn't done much work. Went to use it and the flat belts stretched to hell. can't get a belt from SIP discontinued. Is there an up grade to the multi ridge belt and an matching pullies I wonder. when it was working the machine was good, no complaints,
