Plumbers here charge $60-$400/hr ... The ones that charge $400/hr don't make $400/hr because they have lots of employees, and they charge a total not by the hour., $400 labor to put in a countertop in a kitchen 1 hr work plus driving time but it's much easier with two people, masonry if your skilled can rake in a absolute fortune in the right neighborhoods, one Mason in a rich area in on Ontario had 5 houses when he retired.

But the seams are pointless when the grain of the wood keeps going on. Butting two different pieces would add more visual interest which sounds like what your customer was looking for.

Buyer's agent gets about 2.5%. But in this market, I wonder if I could have sold the house for 2.5% MORE than my list price? Or just faster by allowing a buyer's agent commission? I doubt I could get 2.5% MORE, so maybe it's just better to say no agents and try to deal with buyers directly. In a seller's market, yes paying buyers agent commission could get you that much or more. But today's its still a seller's market. Thoughts?🤔
