This is an issue with my harbor freight towable backhoe. If I lift the front up too far, it shuts down. Very annoying as I only lift it for seconds at a time. I figured that was the switch. Probably a mercury switch that closes the contact as the angle increases. I'm off to disconnect mine. I'm diligent in checking my oil and If I notice any leaks, I deal with them ASAP. Thanks!

I'd leave it alone and see if your style of riding shuts it off. I do street and mold trails including wheelies. Haven't activated the low oil switch yet.

Does that disable the kill switch too?

Out of all the videos relating to this on UA-cam your the only one that clearly stated its genuienely as simple as unplugging the wires, i was worried the killswiitch may be effected.

This is almost answer the question I’ve had. I noticed in the center of the door when you took the panel off that metal bracket. The two of them. Actually it looks like there’s one, but somebody told me I lost two of them and they were four in there, and I don’t see any model that has four of those to hold anything.am I making sense and can you answer that question?

What’s those other brakes system you have called? I just received a go kart and it has those types of brakes but I don’t know how to adjust them because they don’t reach the tires when I push down on the brake pedal. I have a lot more to work on but I got the engine running and running away without idling. Any tips you or anyone can give me would be highly appreciated, thanks in advance

This may be the right place to ask this question. When i check the oil level, oil comes rushing out like if I opened the oil drain on the bottom. This happens on both oil check sides. Is this normal. I have this engine on an air compressor it's leveled and I don't use it much. I checked oil level when the engine is cold . Well I didn't check because I had to close it to prevent oil spilling out

My issue is new clutch... and it wont grab and ive done all the adjusting there is.... what could this issue be

having a hard time looking for that smaller rod anyone else ??

thanks for a good clean tube..the tiburon interiors are super solid but the door handles go out on everyone that i find..ebay has interior and exterior 4 piece sets for under 50 bucks..also door cables and window motors galore..i bought my 04 gt from a guy who couldnt roll his window down or open his interior door and when he finally got out he tried to re enter to get his wallet in a miff and broke his outer handle..i paid him 1200 bucks..ebayed the handles..changed the cold intake..and she purs like a kitten

Harbor Freight sells *nothing* that is suitable for go karts or minibikes, except maybe their inner tubes. Have you ever heard of "Buy Once, Cry Once? It makes zero economic sense to buy a cheap item over and over again that breaks or wears out quickly than it is to spend 20-30 bucks for a dedicated go kart tire and wheel.

Oh you got the dreaded Hazard Fraught dolly wheels mounted on the front of the black kart. Those are only good for a few laps around your house before they are shredded or the thin metal they're made out of bends or rips the hub from the rim. Those are for carts not karts, garden wagons and hand trucks (that you move furniture with). The bearings are crap too and not meant for anything you ride. I'd use dedicated go kart or mini bike rims.
