You failed to say that the regular coconut you were using and comparing was actually a Young Coconut. It was not a mature coconut. And you never said if the other one was a mature one or a young one. The flesh of a regular coconut is completely different from being a young one vs a mature one.

The jackfruit is less ripe otherwise it can become wayy softer and juicier. If it ripens fully it becomes sweet and juicy as hell. Also depends on vareity.

This is wrong way to open mangosteen! There is other way to do it without making your hands and nails dirty. And Without squeezing the seeds.

Since durian is seasonal fruit, my mother used to freeze it but never freeze the rambutans. Last weekend I got a lot of rambutans from my grandparents orchard and was thinking whether I can freeze it. That's how I came accross your video. I keep frozen banana too since I got a lot of banana whenever I go back to my parents house. I hope you enjoyed your days while in Malaysia. Have you try a fruit name ciku while you were here? Ciku is brown in colour, soft skin and taste sweet.
