Almost every character with a medium DP has safejabs setups in the corner, you can probably do this too. Unless you play Belial.

Longs story short if you can spot the roll and not d1(which is easy as hell to do if you dont play brainlessly) you can always force them to take a 50/50 or you punish roll-wakeup. The only option your opponent can do is xray and that will beat everything. Thanks for bringing it up. Just check out my other videos first next time!

BrobaChett Thanks man, you should test it out in training mode. There seems to be certain distances where the OS shocker is safe on block. Either due to push back or the frame data is wrong. I think its push back though. Im working on a Raiden guide but its turning out to be more pain in the ass then i thought. But it will go over a lot of this stuff!

I'm actually trying to help some people on testyourmight.com with a thunder god living guide. I have to record new combo videos since he got nerfed today. All of his damage got scaled after doing the electrocute move. Time to find new stuff.

BrobaChett I lurk on TYM all the time. I'm bummed out about the Raiden nerfs but they didnt really do anything to his core gameplay so I can't be too upset. And sadly I play on PC so I don't get to see the dmg done to him yet. I think with the nerfs though that the b1 4 LRC 2 1 vortex is going to be the best option for him, or a much better option then the shit load of dmg he was putting out before.

He's still top tier. His meter building is so good. His damage nerf isn't bad, he is just more fair now. I can get 40% off 1 bar mid screen off the over head and the low is 37% now. His vortex in the corner off of b14 is still there so he's definitely top 5.

Wr3k Apollo This combo isn't optimized anymore. There was a bug when the game came out where Raiden's special move Shocker wouldn't scale in combos. So you were able to get an unreal amount of dmg out of him. This combo still does pretty decent dmg, i think around 40%(could be more) but you are able to get higher or 1 bar. As far as showing how to do it, I'm not sure what you mean. There is annotation in the description and a video doing the combo.

Dominique Calloway Ya my bad. I should have put annotations in the comments for what I was doing. So what it is is b1 4xx Lightning ball(bd1 hold1) Run Cancel, 2 1. It's also depends on how high you juggle the b1 4. The higher the juggle the easier it is to continue the combo with the 2 1 string. If you land it too low there is a point where you wont be able to continue the combo with the 2 1 string. Does that help?

Timing. Honestly i don't know if its going to cross up or not. It depends how high I high the opponent is when you hit the f3 and how far you travel. I have gotten lots better at seeing what side I'm going to be on based off how high I hit the opponent and how far I travel. Specific setups for it help out a lot.
