START Training Stafford is an allied health clinic where Exercise Physiologists, Sports Therapists and Physiotherapists work together holistically to help you achieve your goals. We specialise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic conditions management, health and wellbeing, women’s health, and athletic development and performance.
The clinic is completely air conditioned with 3 separate areas designed for the different stages of training and recovery, including:
Rehabilitation Gym complete with a Leg press, cable machine, GHD, normatec recovery boots, assorted dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls.
Strength and Conditioning Gym complete with 3 power racks with lifting platforms, sled track and assorted dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls.
Four large treatment rooms designed for comfort and privacy.
Access to a full-sized AFL oval for field related activities.
Onsite Parking, with Wheelchair access and facilities.

      In the video link below they said Osgood Schlatters is worse. From 3.15 they talk about Osgood Schlatters and infrapatellar tendonitis which I think is similar to patella but i'm not 100% sure tendinopathyua-cam.com/video/0IvBVoPZ2f8/v-deo.html Hope this helps

    Great info thanks. Just injured myself doing pullups (palms forward). I think it is the long head of my biceps. It feels Mid arm at the side. Sore to touch and to do a bicep curl with pronation.

    Do both of these present pain on the medial boarder of the patella when palpated?
