These babies being chest fed by men are malnourished because the male body cannot produce milk. It’s a milky substance. These babies are developing heart problems as a result.

Honestly I am tired of sick people disregarding simple biological facts. Men cannot biologically become women and vice versa and babies will suffer if those men poison them with their chemically induced non nutrient liquid they produce PERIOD!!!

The infant expends calories in order to nurse, so men who try to do this are basically starving the baby. It's SICK!!!! What the hell is wrong with our society???

The hospital I worked with just did an HR training about saying chest feeding instead of breast feeding and birthing person instead of mother. It makes me so angry as a mother. Why are we allowing this????

It’s sad that I’ve gotten to this conclusion - but I now believe that it is time to stop funding and / or using charities. Those amongst us who are determined to impose their ‘progressive’ ideologies are infiltrating and using charities to seek out the vulnerable whilst also controlling the flow of money to ensure it perpetuates their objectives. Seek out support from people you KNOW and TRUST. Do not feel obligated to join in with the insanity. My only concern about this interview/her responses is the negative connotation ascribed to having a fetish - with the obvious conclusion that with 5 fetishes, you're five times worse. Before anyone says anything, yes I get it that if you have fetishes, that's fine, just as long as you keep them away from your children. And that, is of course true - but at the same time, while the particular fetish being identified here - lactophilia - has the obvious potential for dangerous overlap, there was no suggestion that the average of four other fetishes lactophiliacs were claimed to have, might similarly impinge on the baby. So why mention them? It just struck me as something with which to condemn and disparage which didnt seem either fair or necessary. Furthermore, while we can understand the "dilution" principle doesn't stand close scrutiny because just one man (even a non pervert) in a group of women will spoil it for the others - it rather ignores that in any average LLL meeting, there will be a FAR higher likelihood that there will be lesbians or bisexual women present, who will also derive pleasure from "perving" over the array of tits on show which - taking her arguments to their logic conclusion - would surely be of equal (if different) consternation to the majority of the rest of the group who are presumably strict heterosexuals? And no one, on the basis of what we heard said here, is claiming that these groups are disbanded or collapse for that reason - nor that separate sessions are arranged for those with significant homosexual leanings. So while I am obviously now apprised of the issues covered and sensitive to the concerns they raise, one cannot help but be left with the feeling this 12 minute snippet brings more questions up than it answers. A further piece of feedback I might offer - and this is addressed specifically to Andrew - is that as a gay man who's been with his fair share of Spanish and Hispanic guys, I am fully aware of the sexualised inference of "leche" and in fairness (because this isn't a criticism) it is something that, had it been me posing the questions, I'd have definitely thought of - and likely been unable to resist asking (for 100% journalistic/professional reasons and 0% perverted ones). While I think the other meaning of the double entendre to which you were referring is likely to have been missed by at least half your listeners, in many respects it's immaterial what the exact proportion is because her response unequivocally stated that what you were thinking of had nothing to do with it and indeed explained the LLL nomenclature came about solely due to the then taboo nature of even the word "breast". Indeed, it is not ABSOLUTELY clear even she understood the reference. In which case - because it was left as something implied, rather than explicit, despite my use just now of "unequivocal" simply your framing of the point without it being directly refuted, leaves if not a bad smell, then perhaps "negative ions" in no matter how thin and hazy of one, but a miasma nonetheless. It's not a court of law where barristers, because they're trying to secure a conviction, mutter something as they sit down from questioning the accused which the judge may or may not have permitted as admissible but which wasn't specifically discussed at the disclosure stage of the pretrial hearing - thus the lawyer, hoping that at least one jury member heard (and that the judge didn't - although even if she did, she's unlikely to do anything about it in open court and still less likely to sanction the offending lawyer) - scores an unofficial free point simply because that stage whispered remark is likely to be one that casts the accused in an unfavourable light. Being a new mother with a newborn is an incredibly vulnerable time, and it can be fraught with stress if you're struggling to breastfeed in those early days. I cannot imagine going to one of these breastfeeding groups as a nervous young mother and being potentially confronted with a bloke who thinks he can breastfeed. Women in these situations need to be supported by other women, it is no place for men.
