Method: 2-4kg whole fish. Marinate the snapper in olive oil, salt, lemon & pepper. Stuff with chopped onion, celery & parsley. Wrap up snapper in greaseproof paper and alfoil and cook on BBQ. Where can one get a net like this that is 125' X 30' 1/4" mesh?
Why not increase the productivity of net fishing? After casting the net into the ocean, reduce the number of times needed to pull the net up to check, by simply launching a mini robot (toy sized) submarine with multiple waterproof cameras and sea torches linked to a weather resistant cable to the boat. The sailor simply via remote control which sends signal via the cable to move the robot mini submarine underwater to check the the level of fishes in the net. This will significantly reduce the number of times the empty net needs to be trawled up onboard and recast thus maximising efficiencies, reducing risks of net tears, reducing injuries and eliminating unnecessary labour. Please feedback to management.
What do you mean by checking the net? I think you might have misunderstood because once the net is set, you have to take it up again regardless.

Good catch. I do similar job, but using standing gillnets instead. I leave my fishing nets overnight, and pick up my fish in the morning. If you are interested in this type of fishing please have a look in to my channel.
