This is not a oil pastel, its an oilbar, they dry and they are sooo much more expensive than markal B but there not so fitting for graffiti since they have the drying time of artist oilpaint, and don’t have much hardness sice they are made with parrafin wax and not refined montan wax like a industrial purpuse paint stick, but the Pigments are probably more lightfast, because this is really high quality stuff, it‘s just not designed for the streets, far rather a canvas or a sketchpad.

Ive noticed that tagging garbage bins is also very common in SF & the Bay Area. I think people there also just rent them from the city. It's very rare where i live because people have to buy their own garbage bins. Unless it's a big black bin owned by the city, or a big green Waste Management dumpster, it's usually off limits here. It would be like tagging someone's mailbox or fence. Which does still happen here. It's just only done by toys. As opposed to Seattle or SF, where trash bins are fair game.

Its not rocket science, my boy. You just rack a bottle of whiteout fluid and refill the whiteout pen. The nibs dont last forever tho. Especially on brick and rough surfaces. So u may as well rack a pack of new corrector pens while you're at it. I like emptying the corrector pens and refilling them with DecoColor Premium silver paint. DecoColor markers can be found at most big brand art stores & at good ol Wally World.

It's traditional oil paint made with pigment and linseed oil. Not petroleum-derived oils like acetone or xylene.
