3 day road trip with my son. Traveling from California to Colorado in his 2000 Jeep XJ for his senior year of college. Driving, camping and some auto repair on his old jeep. (Re-edit of previous video ua-cam.com/video/DBrAPF0MJr4/v-deo.html)
Day 1- Nevada: Surprise water pump replacement in a parking lot , camping in BLM land.
Day 2- Wyoming: 10 hours of driving, camping at a KOA (not very scenic but hot showers!). Wide open landscape, Bonneville salt flats, rain and rainbows.
Day3- Colorado: Epic camp spot right next to a river with a short hike and overnight star lapse.
My goal was to capture enough authentic moments to remember the trip while not letting the filming get in the way of the experience.
