Hey! I’m so pleased to see what you’re up to :) Are you near a lake for some ice fishing? Great video!
@stephanieblackmore1461 Hey Stephanie 👋 We are very close to many lakes and the Madawaska River! We love it ❤️♥️ Thanks for watching!!
That definitely looks like an epic place for adventures!
@@Mainelyoffgrid Thanks so much for watching!! It is a beautiful spot! Cheers 🍻
Hi Brad&TL, subbed and sending you warm Christmas wishes from our frigid offgrid life too! Waking up to feelin like -37!? Stay warm! - Kelly & Chris
@offgridgrizzly Hey Kelly & Chris!! 👋 Thanks so much for your support! We are getting those temperatures coming this weekend! We love your channel and appreciate all you are going through in a good way 🥰 Sending warm & positive vibes for an amazing 2025! ~ TL & Brad ~
Thank you, My cable broke in the middle of a snow storm and this really helped me out! Thanks!
@morgansonner8295 we are so glad it helped!! Not a bad process at all 😊 Thanks for watching!
Hey Brad & TL! Chris & Kelly from @offgridgrizzly just subscribed back at you 🥰 will catch up and see what you’ve been up to neighbour! Stay warm🔥🪵

real nice set up.I’ll come hang out with you. Just pitch a tent and enjoy the outdoors.

Hunting is part of our Canadian heritage and is something everyone should know about. The way the world is going, hunters may be the only ones left standing in the future. And besides, as I always say; Hunting tastes great!
Watched this whole thing cause we're curious about the area. The overlanding title is a bit misleading because there was no overlanding
@spinningcirclesdg it's a gorgeous area with a TON of hidden lakes and sweet spots! You can get to most of them on overlanding & atv trails. We didn't set up camp this time, but we have many times. Thanks so much for watching! A beautiful area to check out!
Oh yes, love the flag, I have a big one too! 🇨🇦✌🏼😊
Thanks for watching!! 🙏🇨🇦 We appreciate your support!
Hi, just subscribed! Your dog is awesome, I want to get my Klohie riding this winter, she’s getting older and it’s a too much running!
@Offgridlee444 thanks for subscribing! Oz is honestly perfect for our lifestyle! He does it all and loves every minute. Cheers 👋
Been a bow hunter for many years, ppl. do not realize that it is not like using a rifle where you can shoot long distance and nothing wrong with that, my sons use a rifle, however the skill set is much different, that lad has to be stealth and much closer to the animal, well done, oh and 150 lbs. of meat thats about 10.000 bucks Lol, sorry mate could not help saying that. cheers and well done!
Brandon secured 96 pounds of meat, worth around $800.00, after skinning the deer and entrusting it to the butcher. My son-in-law's hunt was successful, thanks to his strategic positioning on a tree stand with the wind blowing directly towards him from the east. Regrettably, Brandon's miscalculated his position causing a poorly placed shot, severely injuring the deer's elbow and minor organs. We ended up tracking the deer through wetlands before reaching its location. I agree, this caliber of hunting is more exciting, challenging and requires a greater skill set. Thank you for watching and commenting. I know Brandon learned a lot from this experience. Next year he plans on using a compound bow.
@@canadianadventureseekers Sorry for taking over the comment section, however he may not have been at fault, as when using a bow of any kind, it is usually traveling 400 fps. maximum and even less depending on make / model give or take and the deer at times hear (string slap) and will cause the animal to jump or duck, personally I think he did an awesome job and tracked it down as well! he will only get better mate.
@@Whiskeyandwrenchesgreat comments… thanks
Interested to see what the camera reveals.
Hey I finally found you guys on UA-cam. We met at the gas station, neat to connect with other like-minded people in the area.
@HiddenBlessingsHomestead so nice to connect! We found you and subscribed as well. Look forward to seeing you soon . Cheers!

Its so sad seeing how much garbage is onthe crown land around us too. We try as much as possible to pickup cans but there is only so much we can do when out on the quads.
@@lorettaandjasonoffgrid you are so right. We always end up with an extra bag or two. Very sad.
Morning! ✌️🇨🇦
@@lorettaandjasonoffgrid good morning!! Thanks for watching!
That garbage thing is widespread. Go into any remote lake, trail, whatever and chances are you will find trash left behind by idiots. You guys have been into Joyce Lake before. Remember the garbage that was left behind?
That is so true. It's really sad. Eventually, we will all lose the ability to use public land because of it. Thanks for watching @My17A 👋 Cheers 🍻
Why aren't your video views increasing? And not reaching people? The reason is: 1. Your video is not being SEO properly 2. Your video is not reaching the right people 3. Not using video hash tags properly 4. Not sharing the video on social media Your video is awesome. Such videos are in great demand. If you do these things correctly. Hopefully, you will get a lot of visitors. Feel free to ask me any questions.
Watching this was just good fun, cheers mates, oh yes we subscribed!
Thank you so much for watching! We had a blast 🥳 We appreciate your support! Cheers Mate! 🍻

Sometimes the music is too loud
Hey 👋 Yes.... we did have trouble with music adjusting during the upload in a few of this series videos. Sorry about that! The scenery and experience was nothing but EPIC in every way! Thanks so much for watching 🍻
We just lost our Australian shepherd looks like Ozzie. Best dog ever RIP Sampson
I am so very sorry for the loss of your furbaby Sampson. 😪 They really hold such a special place in our families. They make your family and your heart complete ❤️ Rest in Peace Sampson.
Love this couple. My husband and I just turned 50 and love the fact that they are jeep camping.
We love this life and wouldn't change a thing!! The jeep is sooo comfortable and allows us to get to all those places you can't normally get to and see with a camper 🥰👏 Thank you so much for watching and being a part of our CAS Family! We are so happy to have you join us on our adventures! 🍻 Cheers! TL & Brad
This is cute 😭 he’s so happy!❤❤
Good boy 🗿
23:19 was it really necessary to stage the opening of the box? It doesn't add any 'production value' unless it's undetectable but still, you are better than this i'm sure. Btw, i commented multiple times and maybe- just maybe - you don't like my comments but before deleting any of them, you should know comments, good or bad, drive engagement and are beneficial to viewership. I mean... you go as far as staging a box opening so anything goes past that point, right?
@@b0rd3n thanks for watching! Appreciate the comments!
A can opener does WONDERS when it comes to opening them plastic packs many products - such as your cameras - come in, factory packaged.
Great idea! Thanks for watching!
Looked to me like moss had been growing on the strap for more than a single month but what do i know
@b0rd3n there was moss on the tree for sure but not the strap. We checked that. Thanks for watching ☺️
Certainly is seeking for adventure with Trudeau and what he's done to our guns 'rights/laws' and the release of dangerous felons to keep everyone on the edge without any reliabla, dependable means of self defence... oh welll, just a poor french, retired jtftwo (wounded) operator.
Gate ever crossed your mind? And a sime question, from a one time viewer... is it your property or some else is the owner or what? i don't get the distinction
It's an easement road that goes through our property for the neighbour only. A gate is not optional unfortunately.
It could have been Bigfoot. Usually they get dropped off by flying saucers. That’s no moose my friend
HA! Thanks so much for watching! Cheers! ♥️
Awesome. We have just one solar panel...huge and it runs our solar fridge but we are going to start installing more a little at a time. We run a generator mostly when we are here on weekends but will hopefully be here full time soon. Nice video! ✌️🇨🇦
@lorettaandjasonoffgrid we checked out your channel and subscribed! It is a great way to live! So relaxing, but lots to do so keeps us active. The solar was a game changer for us! Love your new machine. Thanks so much for watching and subscribing! Cheers 🍻
Good morning from Northern Ontario! New subscribers here. Liking your content. Looks like we have a lot in common! We have an off grid camp since 2021 and have been documenting our progress and fun since 2023. Look forward to seeing more of your videos! ✌️🇨🇦

It wasn't me!
@My17A hahahahaha 😂😂😂 We've Got You! Lol 😂😂😂
If you don't mind, how much does it cost for the whole system?
@Hollymountainhwy16 Depending on what you need wattage wise, it could vary... ours was around 15K-20 all in with installation. Check out ValleySolar.com for package pricing!
Fantastic! Can you post a pic of your cabin? Am so jealous. Sending best wishes from the UK😊😊

I’m wondering if the thermostat is on the display because the heater won’t maintain a low temperature
Ours maintains a low fan when set.... there is a thermostat. But we just leave it on the setting that is comfortable.
Wish I was there
All the constructions are messy and look very ugly and pointless, it would be nice to have a single construction that would cover all the necessities. It can be seen that it is an unkempt household, a negative example.
So slow
If you ever get passed by a Grey Grand caravan….
Can I still bath in the creek though?
Diego, you can bathe wherever makes you happy 😊 😃 🥰
Another good one my friend ! I run the same pump in my cabin the shower & hot water all in one in the cabin as I have a full septic system on my acreage here :) & a shallow well with no shortage of water ! It's worked great for over 11 years full time 100% off grid :))
That is so great to hear! We are considering a shallow well in the near future also! We will be putting in a graywater system and permanent water source very soon. Love your spot! It is stunning and perfect in every way 👌🏻😊
@@canadianadventureseekers Thanks I made it work for me ! I have a couple cabin tours way back but i explain kinda how i did it & put everything together :) The important things first now the rest is slowly coming together !
Not sure what fridge you have but there are some really efficient ones these days. I have a Nova Kool RV size fridge. It draws only 26 watts and only when the compressor is on. The larger, apartment size draws 53 watts. I have a small 440 watt solar setup.
Oh wow!! Okay! Something for us to look into 😀 Right now, we a regular fridge that uses 145 Watts when it kicks in. Thanks for the info and for watching! 😊
