Weekends On The Farm
This weekend consisted of enjoying a lot of time outside with the animals! We got a bit of warmer weather and it was wonderful. I was able to grab some pumpkins as a nice treat for the goats and the chickens and even the dogs got to enjoy some as well. We are all set for the week with a clean house, dinner, and happy animals.

Summer Memories | Picking Sunflowers

The cold weather always makes me miss warmer days, picking sunflowers and enjoying their beauty. I look forward to planting them every year! Looking back at this video from only a few months ago it is amazing to realize how much I have grown and changed since, in the best way! I am so excited for next spring and summer and for new growth along the way🌻🌻

I realized I covered the ingredients. 300 grams all purpose flour 3 large eggs (165 grams, add olive oil to compensate) 40 grams of starter active or discard

You're just watering your plants with yeasty water. Your water doesn't have a "microbial activity in it" per se, because it is factually free of it. Therefore "chlorinated". What you are really doing is giving mold an entry, as it prefers soil where fungal processes are already happening.

@@BeckyLaujj I agree! It’s the hardest part!! There are so many detailed videos & layouts on how to start one from scratch. If you are really struggling there are many great options to find an established starter! I’m sure someone right in your neighborhood has one 😊
