Fun fact: This isn't actually different from a normal survivor playthrough because playing as a slugpup through the jolly co-op menu doesn't actually change any stats of your stats. So I clickbaited you into watching a normal Rain World playthrough. Yeah, I only learnt that months after I recorded the video. Might come back to that for an actual challenge video. No promises though.
Playing as a slugpup isn't that bad I've beaten spear master as a slugpup.
Rain World: Downpour, but the Outer Expanse shortcut to Outskirts makes more sense canonically.
