Good Evening Atty. Rey. I am an IP but the clan of my grandmother’s ancestors is dissolved by NCIP. Since my grandmother died the NCIP does not recognize the Clan of my Ancestors. The Problem now is that the NCIP are rejecting us whenever we applied again to get COC of our Clan. I remembered, when my grandmother was still alive, She got me a COC from NCIP to avail the scholarship in the University that I applied 20 years ago year 2005. 2010 my grandmother suddenly died and now year 2025 my recent news is that from the year 2011 my Clan is ignored and our documents are hide by the NCIP. Now, 2025 the NCIP said that we need to comply the requirements if we need the COC. But why we need to comply again the requirements if my grandmother have been already part in NCIP, it’s just that the NCIP are disregarding us. My Clan is speculating that the NCIP is using our CADT and using other people to sold our Native Lands from our Ancestors. What must we do Atty. if the NCIP are blocking us and telling my elders that my Grandmother’s CLan does not exist. How come we don’t exist? if my grandmother left us her documents but the problem is the NCIP authorities in my region is not helping us and not Protecting our Native Land from my Ancestors. Could you PLEASE help us on what steps should we(my Clan)do?

Ngayon po may agreement sila ng nagbenta na mag bibigay sila ng road right of way ng 2 meters. Yung agreement po na yun na may pirma ng nag benta ng lupa ay notarized po. Yung question ko po may expiration po ba yung notarized document? Yung notarized document ng road ight of way ay hinde na annotate dun sa titulo, Valid pa po ba yung notarized na kasunduan kahit inde na annotate sa Titulo?
