Hi everyone! The devs actually call this update the "April Update", but I already called it the name of one month later, so now it is what it is ... the May Update has dropped!!! Not sure about this, but in order to get the necessary 32 GB RAM on Mac, you need to spend a fortune. Just drop 650 € on a desktop PC that you assemble yourself with YT tutorials and never buy overpriced apple products again ;)

Yeah the footage is from TQ1 :) TQ2 has no moving ingame graphics shown yet.
3:00 about the scroll it might be for items. there will be crafting in TQ2
Yes, that's true, that might be it, good point. There will be an item crafting mechanic, possibly to use scrolls that grant random pre- and suffixes for weapons and aramor.

The shield used is 'Golden Shield of Pelaron', it's not blue but legendary, though.

Personally i don't want to get the same game, hope they change enough to evolve it 😅 and they should take as much time needed to be great on release
I agree, I'm just comparing the new game's announcements to TQ1, which the developers wanted to use as a basis.

I wouldn't even play that, because I have played so much TQ1 that I already have everything, have tried everything and made the most absurd of builds. I'm really thirsty for some new stuff. The Unreal 5 engine has a lot of potential, I hope the game will look a lot better than the preview screenshots that we got.

Why they spoil thw first boss? I hope they keep the original feel i mean titan quest 1 and immortal throne new where bad like AE that remove permanent dead bodies al,if they add a small roll ok but dont make it souls like
I think it's OK that they showded the 2 mini-bosses. It's awesome that they take some new mythical beasts and include them in the game. I also hope that they keep the feel of TQ1, but the developers already stated that they intend to do that. Let's see for the outcome.
Punishing player death makes me super excited! I love my hardcore and curses, so I hope we get an actual hardcore mode!
Yeah I agree, it is exciting. I played a couple of hardcore builds in TQ1, mainly for the Steam achievement of completing Legendary difficulty with 0 deaths. An actual hardcore mode would be cool (but I wouldn't play it that much).
Hope for some more varaity in monster then in Diablo 4 where the Act 1 Monster was basically the Act 3 Monsters and you pulled every mob with your slow moving barbar and it was way to easy even the Act Bosses. Playing Titan Quest 1 on consol it’s a but clunky and no great movement on consols but a bit better expierience. And the Water of the rivers and ocean looks quit nice for a remaster. The Mini Bosses look quite promising.
I agree, but I think they will include a lot of different monsters. Satyrs, Centaurs, Boarmen, Maenads, Ichtians, Harpies, Wild Boars and Spiders are practically an auto-include. Seeing they put 2 new mini-bosses in, we can expect to even see more than this :)
In no way this game is releasing before mid 2025 at best

@@Titan77Sage 9 months passed after the first announcement and we still haven't seen even a speck of gameplay to speak of. As much as I want to play this game sooner than later chances are it's still far from it's release (I'd be glad to be proven wrong though).
TQ2 looks so Idyllic. A greek peasant of Sparta that travels through his viliage and fields fight dreadful Monsters get better gear and develope to an ancient Warlord of Sparta could be great.
Yeah, that's a great thing to look forward to. The game will surely have a good replay value due to the many mastery and item combinations and different builds.
Hope it will visually improve because animation look like TQ1...
You are right, what we have so far does not look much better than TQ1, which was released in 2006 (!). TQ2 will surely look better upon release. Thanks for your comment!

Yeah my man, they built a wall surrounding their city (in the game only). In real life it was allegedly a different story.

Nice breakdown. While I'm a little bummed out that it's not releasing any time soon, I'm always glad to hear that it's probably not being rushed out, like most garbage game releases these days. I spy a very rare item! 0:18 Bloodborn helmet! Took me forever to farm one of those. Did you roll anything decent on it?
Thank you, I appreciate your comment! Yeah, same thing, I thought "what a bummer" when I read it, but better have a good game than a rushed mess, I agree. I farmed that thing on the MassBosses mod, which spawns many hero monsters - the drop chance of MI items is higher on hero monsters. I farmed a lot of those Bloodborn Helmets and got one with INT bonus, which s really lucky. It would be interesting to know some more info about items. I love MI items and hope they put them in TQ2, too.

Ich hatte irgendwo gelesen, dass es das Verkehrsministerium bewilligt hätte. Ministerium für Förderung macht da schon mehr Sinn.
Hopefully this will not be a Diablo 3 clone -as i see in the sceenshots there are no open world maps , just "fast -short -instances" maps . I think they are focus more on a "MOBILE" version of the game . In this case i don't want to hear about it !
Yes, the game will not be open-world. Map areas in TQ2 will not be randomly generated like in Diablo2, which is OK. I don't think they will make it for mobile, though.
I would be happy if TQ2 will be a modern version from the TQ1 with some improvements. I‘m vers hyped for TQ2, i just heard it yesterday when i watched an other Video. My mouth was wide open when i saw that this Game will came out. Years ago when i playes TQ1 i thougt that there will never come out TQ2. I‘m so happy that i was wrong.

Man I'm getting excited for this. There's so many possibilities, it's hard to judge where they're going to take it. I'm just dying to see how the itemization works. Thebes theme in the background is so good!

Spellforce 3 is excellent, and I'm a fan at this series from the first Spellforce. If Grimlore wanna do more content for it, they got buyers. - I'm sure, because of that experience, TQ2 will be a great game.
