She used an oil to breakdown and remove the product. If she used water alone it wouldn't come off

@@VAY_NEE_AH it rubs off on stuff too. I followed their directions to a tee and it still comes off. You would have to really paint it on to make it cover and then it looks so fake. I got golden radiance and it was way too orange so I exchanged it for bronze radiance and I use a light coat just for a little glow and on my neck since it won’t tan like the rest of my body. It settles in my neck creases as well so I have to continually rub it out.

Looks great! Have you tried putting it on with your hands? I believe it is less waste if you put it on with your hands, let it dry, and then dust off the leftover powder with the brush…
Yeah, you didn’t do it right… you have to put it on, let it dry and then buff off the left over powder with either their brush or their mitt…
