      Actually, the signal generator is unlevel and the ALC (Automatic Level Control) loop is not working at that time. The rising internal temperature led to that but I didn't notice it. The actual output level is greater than the declared 2dBm.

    The declared rise/fall time of Ceyear 1466 series signal generator is less than 10ns. The actual typical value can be less than 5ns. But the 87234 series USB peak/average power sensor has a 30MHz bandwidth and its rise/fall time is limited. So the measured rise/fall time for this amplifier is limited to 13 or 14 ns. The actual value will be definitely lower.

    1. The RF power combination efficiency can be up to 90%. You may know we use Space Combination Technology to get a higher power. 2. For the total system’s power conversion efficiency, the efficiency is around 25%. You know the narrow/broad frequency band, the output power level, the different amplifier circuits, the cooling solution will all affect the total efficiency. We provide different power supply solution for different amplifiers. Two phase or three phase electricity power supply will be provided accordingly.

      Hi, great question! But it is hard for me to give a definite answer. The required time highly depends on the natural environment, electromagnetic environment, professional ability of the users, the DF height, the walkie-talkie's power and many other factors. The simple DF system in the video is one-node solution. And it usually needs to be placed in two places to get two direction lines' crossing point. And a handheld directional antenna is often used to approach the walkie-talkie. So, it usually needs tens of minutes find the illegal signals. This system can be mounted on a vehicle to shorten the time. Of course, a DF network with several DF systems can be configured to make the geolocation in real time with smaller potential area.       Such a great question! As we know, the waveguide fixture (the Waveguide calibration kit) has different size and can work under certain frequency band. The sample size is dependent on the waveguide size or the frequency band you want to focus. If the sample is solid, you have to use the accurate machining device to make it a cuboid. If the sample is powder, you have to mix the powder with wax to make it solid and then use the machining device to make it a cuboid.
