Not to sound mean or rude but there is one thing you forgot to consider during the regular story when doma was facing off of kanao and inoske doma wasn’t using his full power but if all three of the Kachos sisters he would most likely use all of his power possibly killing all four of them with doma still alive, but that’s just a theory love ur vids @animeunlimited8

While not as powerful as a Hashira Makomo should be strong enough to at least be Giyuu's Tsugoku or be trained interchangeably between both Giyuu and Sabito. Makomo although not biologically related to Sabito, would have a strong sibling, strategic sibling dynamic. Sabito would definitely have more strength and natural talent, Makomo definitely has more strategic talent and skill when it comes to water breathing and I have no doubt that she combines other breathing styles with her water breathing. While it does seem as though I am making her a Hashira level Tsugoku I would say her biggest weakness is her physical strength, thus making her a strategic speed type water breather. (Taking advantage of momentum and all that good stuff). P.S. Makomo definitely finds a way to incorporate both Water and Thunder Breathing in to a form of water breathing that she can only use twice a day similar to Zenitsus first form of Thunder Breathing. (I know he can use it three times in a single battle, but have a head cannon that she trains so much that she can only use her move two times with being in literal shock due to the recoil damage)

1. Kanae only died because her sword broke which made her unable to defend herself from douma's last attack. If her sword did not break and she survived she could possibly have ended up with certain internal damage from the cold of douma's ice possibly making her retire. 2. Kanae didn't want kanao to become a slayer. Kanao part saw kanae practicing most of the forms and memorized them and trained herself from what she remembered after Kanae's death which was why she was missing two forms. She also went to the final selection behind everyones backs without telling anyone and she didn't use her coin. 3. Giyu never knew makomo. 4. Sabito alive Giyu would be more interactive. 5. If makomo was still alive during the time of Tanjiro a demon slayer she would be anywhere in between 26 to 59/60 years old

If sabito survived the only 100% confirmed thing that would happen is giyu being less Emo.

But Akaza wont hurt Makomo since she is a girl and Akaza does not hurt girls

Tbh, I think that if all of them survived, these would be the biggest changes. 1.the plan to defeat doma would be different, instead having all 3 butterfly sisters have their blades soaked in poison. Inosuke would be some good extra muscle, but since kanae is still there and shinobu is still alive, he’d probably take less damage and be more able in the muzan fight. Doma might have to use his full power, but by the time he does, he’d still be weakened from the poison and left to die when he’s weak enough. 2.kanae would likely survive, being one of the more powerful hashira. She might go mostly, having to use vermilion eye agaisnt doma once and then again against muzan, but kanao would at least have most of her vision. 3.Muichiro is hard to say. He might be held by by yuichiro being alive, but would still have massive potential, becoming a hashira in less than a year (but not 2 months). Yuichiro would be more powerful than mui and likely have his own breathing style that reflects his own personality, Steam breathing. He and mui would be stronger than in canon, but still get low diffed by casual Gyokko, unlocking their marks after kotetsu saved them. I think they could show up at the akaza vs rengoku fight and save rengoku. In the infinity castle arc, they’d last longer against kokushibo, with both of them likely surviving, just with major injuries. They would probably die in the muzan fight due to these injuries, but still put in some work. 4.I think that giyu wouldn’t become a hashira since Sabito’s death is what motivated him to become so strong. He’d still be powerful tho, likely a tsuguko (alongside makomo) giyu would bring tanjiro to train directly under Sabito. There, it’s likely tanjiro would learn the 11th form, or maybe Sabito would realize that tanjiro is meant for a different breathing style and send him over to shinjuro or Kyojuro. Idk I dunno if he’d even be a part of the akaza fight, likely fighting nakime or something. If he was a part of the akaza fight, he’d be good backup along with makomo, but since giyu isn’t as strong as he was in canon, he’d be the backup instead of Sabito. In the muzan fight, he’d likely save giyu’s arm in trade for getting his own major injury, but I think due to his power and potential, as well as backup from so many comrads, he’d survive.
