My 23 TRD OR with 12,000 miles does it, just started on the pass side. Over speed bumps or any straight on hits nothing but if you drive at low speed and swerve the wheel it makes the noise. It’s very hard to wiggle the car and observe at the same time. I thought maybe it was my mid skid loose and slipping but nope, it’s something up front.

It’s the shocks friends the plástic at the top is broken on mine that made the weird noise

The big question is how did this bolt actually get bent .. new rubber is not going to stop it from being bent again

When I change my oil every 5000 miles . And thankfully having use of a mechanics lift . I liberally spray all rubber components underneath with 303 Protectant . To help them resist drying out and cracking .

Peanut oil was the original Diesel engine oil.

My 23 Tacoma has this same annoying issue on the passenger side. Only 15k miles. I thought it was a suspension part at first to.

I know this is years older but if you didn't already find out the hard way, if you ran thick oil though it without flushing with diesel before turning it off, you fuel lines will be clogged when the engine cools down. You can mix things like alcohol, acetone,gas, exc to get the viscosity right. I like acetone.

It will run on any oil if you have the viscosity right. There will be a power difference thought.

2:05 It's the same thing as diesel, but its red, and don't have additives in it. As well as it's cheaper.
