Stay out of debt. Pay off your house as soon as possible. Put all your money(fiat currency) into hard assets. Income producing properties, gold and silver. Contrary to popular belief a home is a liability not an asset. It does not put income in your pocket it takes it even after the mortgage is paid. Property taxes are a pretty word for rent paid to your local government. You cannot own private property. It’s an illusion. The City tells you what you can and cannot do with the house your renting from the local government. You have to maintain it. Insurance and any other expense to keep up the house. Private landlords at least have to maintain the property not the tenant. They tell how much water you can use. The local governments are just landlords where the tenant is completely responsible for maintaining their property.

My father used Todd Litman to do his trust. Now my father has passed and my Uncle who is the trustee is an alcoholic and is being hostile and denying accounting, distribution and any information at all about the trust. It has now been almost two years and nothing has changed with my uncle while Todd Litman does nothing or even calls us beneficiaries back when we try to get a hold of him because he is making more money the longer this goes on. I spent all my 401k trying to hire my own attorney but I just cant afford it anymore. Things would have been soo much better if it would have just went to probate because now me and my siblings dont have any of my fathers assets or money he wanted to leave for us and there is nothing we can do about it. It's a sad world and the only people you should let handle your trust is the courts... not attorneys, not family but the courts. Todd Litman does not care about anyones situation or even what he puts in writing of your trust, he only cares about money. Stay away from that man, he will take everything and not even think twice.
