SWVA high school football: Lebanon vs. Lee (10/20/2007)
As best I can tell, this game was played on October 20, 2007, between the Lee High Generals and Lebanon Pioneers at Harry Stuart Field in Lebanon. Final score: 27-22. Good game, with a second-half comeback by the Pioneers.

High school students cover "Destiny" by Zero 7
Переглядів 3,1 тис.12 років тому
I used to teach at a small-town high school and selected this piece for the vocalist to sing. I think she does a great job. The band is comprised entirely of high school students, with one exception - that's me at the Rhodes piano. The "watching porn" lyric had to be altered to something more G-rated. Sorry if the camera spends too much time focused on me (I think it does); my mother was the ca...
Sheltie puppy twitching in its sleep...so cute!

An 8 week (or so) old Sheltie puppy twitching in its sleep. That's "The Price Is Right" in the background, along with some dumb Colonial Penn commercial.
Momma cat carries kitten to high place!

This little fella (named Minnow) was born on July 15, 2009. You can hear his brothers and sister mewing in the background. His mother (named, conveniently enough, Momma), decided all her kittens needed to be moved to a high shelf in my girlfriend's garage. This stunt exhausted Momma, and she left the rest of the kittens in the floor for some time! Sadly, Minnow was killed by a car some months a...

One of the best songs they ever made. Underrated but in my Top 5 list of all radiohead songs. The textures and the sound in this song are were very special for the mid 90s and that bass line is amazing.

This is actually my SECOND favorite performance of this...my favorite being San Francisco '98...Thom seems to clearly be some sort of nervous breakdown, but the way he alters the vocal melody to hit these soaring notes (which is also done here, but less high and less consistently) makes i amazingly epic. Part of what makes this version compete, though is it's a lot less basy and clear...that could just be the wuality of the '98 booteg, but I'm pretty sure they just had the bass-end cranked up for that performance of PT
