Learn A/AS Levels easy
Welcome to Learn From Above!
On this channel we go over important ideas of the Mathematics, Biology and Spanish CAIE/CIE syllabuses, trying to answer the ''why'' to a variety of concepts in order to obtain a deeper understanding.
Note that I am not a certified teacher. I create the videos to try and cover the fine details that AS/A Levels require, in a way that I would've found helpful while doing my AS/A Levels.

Please be aware that simple dilution isn't necessarily using the same dilution constant. Also, for each dilution, we take solution from the initial stock solution. For example: 1. We have a 10% (0.1) solution, and we want 20cm^3 of 3% (0.03) solution. We would use the formula m1v1 = m2v2, to figure out how much stock solution we need (where m=concentration and v=volume). 2. So volume of stock solution required is v1, therefore v1 = (0.03 x 20)/0.1 - because we divide both sides of the formula by m1 -> therefore 6cm^3 of 10% solution and 14cm^3 of distilled water makes 20cm^3 of 3% solution
can you please explain about the endothelial cells in the bowman's capsule? btw liked the video!
Hello! I'm happy to hear you liked the video! Certainly, in the next few weeks I'll try my best to get a video on the Bowman's capsule posted 👍
Hello, at 6:22 in this video on the nephron, I explain the epithelial cells of the bowman's capsule. I hope it helps! ua-cam.com/video/k9QWgfkpPDk/v-deo.html I mentioned that podocytes are ''raised'', but that is just how they appear in the diagram. As I explain it, the pedicels actually wrap around the glomerular capillary
