The Truth Set Dupe Witherick Alcohol Free
Podcast host, author, and coach Dupe Witherick describes herself as a “normal drinker.” Unlike common stereotypes, her relationship with alcohol didn’t involve a dramatic rock bottom-instead, she had seamlessly woven drinking into her daily life and identity. Dupe joins Ray to share how alcohol shaped her university years, professional life, and social interactions. It wasn’t until a personal loss and the upheaval of the COVID-19 pandemic that she began to question her reliance on alcohol. What started as a 21-day alcohol-free challenge blossomed into nearly five years of sobriety, renewed well-being, and a deep connection to faith and a higher power.
Dupe’s Toolkit:

Ask yourself what emotion you’re feeling

If You’re Sober Does Everyone Else Have To Be?
Переглядів 4День тому

How To Get Sober and Stay Sober
Переглядів 2День тому
Jasmine shares how the difference between her first attempt at sobriety and where she is today came down to being fully honest with herself. In her earlier attempts, she saw quitting as a break rather than a permanent change. But this time, she accepted that she simply isn’t a “moderate” drinker-alcohol didn’t bring any positives into her life. Jasmine realized that to truly enjoy life, she’d n...

Jasmine opened up about her past as the “party friend” who always had wild stories, but deep down, she felt uneasy about not remembering parts of her nights and having to rely on others to tell her what happened. She knew she couldn’t just “have one drink” and often tried to cut back, but friends and family didn’t really understand her struggles-they’d just tell her to drink less next time. It ...

When his hangovers turned into withdrawal symptoms, he had a choice ...

Pickleball, huh 😊 I might have to look into that.
So many programs out there that promise you'll quit drinking from one day to the next and feel great for the rest of your life. Listen, Steffon Barkload's latest stuff takes a lighter, safer approach which you decide to go with at your own pace. Best shortcut I go’ogled that only took days to rewire my brain to continually experience mental peace.
Congrats to you! All our journeys are certainly different. Love the fact that sobriety is not a one size fits all. Best on your continued path!
Amazing story!! ❤
Agreed! Had a great time sitting down with Leonard. Happy he shared.
You’re right, it's a fact that quitting booze not only makes your world a better place to be in, good things start to “magically” happen and the energy is insane! Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever, that’s the best shortcut I go’ogled that took less than a week to work without suffering withdrawal.
Jo, big fan since we became friends on Facebook. Foodies. F.O.B.W. Taking everything good out of life that it gives us! Love Jeff ☮️♥️☮️
Great discussion. I'm 136 days alcohol free and already so glad that I decided to take this indefinite alcohol break. I'm now seeing the stem of my anxieties.
@rodb66 congrats on 136 days, I’m approaching 3 years and will say it is the single most impactful acts of personal wellness I could have made. Glad you got some value from the conversation.

Loved hearing you story, from both of you. I heard it on the audio podcast, but the video podcast added something special- just seeing how you interact with one another, It's really awesome. May God bless you both with many many many more years together. Love your program. One of my very favorite!
Awesome! Thank you gor the feedback and watching us grow!
Excellent! Very insightful. Thank you, guys!
Everyone has a story when it comes to alcohol addictions and what gets them to that point. Most people's stories aren't that different. But then talk about how some folks have sugar or salt cravings... the obsession is real.
WOW! That's crazy- we can get food drunk. 🤯🤯
yes!!
She is amazing!! Always so positive.
