Hey, I mean it works smoothly in day to day use and does not lag. Especially if you are a student and take notes, read books or watch content. Its 8gb RAM version and works well.

Scroll to the very bottom in "Input Method" section and enable option "Stylus Handwriting". Its description goes like - "When enabled, the current input method receives a stylus MotionEvent if an editor is focused". And that's it. 🙌🏻

@@pro_not I have a problem with my pen, im wondering if other people have encountered this issue as well. Does your pen write also without you touching the tablet physically? Like start writing while hovering above the tablet (1-3mm above)?

@@whitegokey2501 I am sceptical on this. It probably works for Xiaomi exclusively. Because Samsung S Pen tech is totally different. I have not tried this but looking at the tech used in these 2 pens, its highly unlikely that they are compatible.

Hello, landscape will only work for apps that support landscape mode. For example UA-cam. Instagram on the other hand is a Portrait mode App, it will work best in portrait mode as most of its media is in portrait mode. You will face simiar issue with UA-cam Shorts as these also works best in portrait mode.

For note taking xiaomi lags a little bit behind due to poor palm rejection. But in other areas its so good. Content watching, book reading, storage etc.

I use Xiaomi Smart Pen Gen 2. I didn't want to take risks over the compatibility issue by purchasing a 3rd party pen. You can try to check Xiaomi's website they might have the stock.

Never tried jNotes. But Notewise is worth giving a try, who knows may you'll like it more.

I also have the same problem and I figure out that it's because of pen nib , change the nib it'll work gud again.

According to your needs I feel like Pad 6 would be a better choice. It has better refresh rate and screen resolution. And 256GB storage model of Pad 6 is cheaper than Samsung. I'd still suggest you to do more research depending upon your usage. 🙌🏻

Hey, I mostly use Onenote for its simplicity and long term notes. For short notes like progress track or todo lists, time table etc. I use google keeps. All because of multi device accessibility.
