يدعو اليوم العالمي للحد من مخاطر الكوارث 2024 إلى تأييد وتنفيذ الإطارالشامل للسلامة المدرسية 2022-2030، الذي طوره التحالف العالمي للحد من مخاطر الكوارث والمرونة في قطاع التعليم برئاسة اليونسكو واليونيسيف.
يوفر الإطار إرشادات استراتيجية لمسؤولي الواجب وشركائهم لتعزيز الوصول الآمن والعادل والمستمر إلى التعليم الجيد للجميع، باتباع نهج "جميع المخاطر"، بما في ذلك المخاطر الطبيعية والمخاطر الناجمة عن تغير المناخ والمخاطر التكنولوجية والمخاطر البيولوجية والصحية والصراع والعنف فضلاً عن المخاطر والتهديدات اليومية.
