Is this rigged for mono?
There was an issue with my Phono stage that only put out mono. Has been replaced now, but yes some of my older videos only have mono.

did you find the record noisy and with low sound as many others?
Yes there is a noise over the whole record. Came through bad on the recording but barely noticeable on UA-cam. All my recordings are at the same level this was slightly quite on this copy.
