I think global warming is just a scare tactic personally. This is why; Scientists state we’ve had 5 major ice ages at least. If we’ve had that it would make sense that we would have had the same amount of global warming cycles. It had to get hot enough to melt those ice ages. I’ve seen old black and white photos of island lake in Michigan where you could walk out to the island and not get your feet wet. Today that water is about eight feet deep. It’s just the normal cycles of the earth. It’s used to divide and frighten people. An F-16 on afterburner for less than an hour puts out nearly the same carbon emissions of a small town. This is also from scientists. Granted we don’t help it much, but we’re so arrogant to think we can destroy the earth? Didn’t an asteroid destroy almost all life on earth at one time, and look how she’s rebounded from that. Life will go on even after us, and Mother Nature will start afresh.
